Description
Copper is also known by the medieval verdigris and is a copper salt of acetic acid.
It forms dark-green to blue-green crystals and is now made of copper (II) oxide or copper (II) carbonate.
It is used as a pigment in paints and is also in fungicides (fungicide). Other applications are found in the organic and inorganic synthesis (eg Enlinton reaction).
